salter cream is decent.slightly better than tobs performance with a nice sandalwood scent.a little less cologney than tobs sandalwood.

the omega and semogue are boar bristle like your wilkinson brush..i would use the barbasol watered down a little WITH the brush..

Thanks Evan! I am glad you enjoyed it! I usually don't go that fast, but I didn't want to make a long video. This month, I will be making a video shaving with my Model T per Danny's request. I am also going to do a straight or shavette headshave vid per Patrick's request. It may also be this month or next month. I have to work the logistics on that one.

 

Great thoughts and report Bill! I'd have to go back and revisit all my Gillettes (which is now at 5, I think)....but I don't have a good memory of an ATG pass with 4 of them. I realize it's a bit of TTT, but only the New LC (I think), as well as the Barbasol Floating Head and the Monobilt just knock the ATG pass on my right lower jawline/neck out of the park in comparison to my Tech, Single Ring, Slim and FB.

Once you need a replacement for the can of Barbasol, might try Proraso Shave Foam. I have both....and am impressed with the Proraso version. Yes.....it's more $, but it is better in both aroma and slick. Don't know where you are located...I get it off Amazon on a 4 month rotation (which I've cancelled for 2021!) for about ~$7. I use it mostly on travel shaves.

 

I understand, but for 10 dollars, the value is unquestionable.

 

Nice shave Jason! I like Voskhod blades better on the second shave. No red is a plus, but I hope you get better results tomorrow.
