Good morning Gents..Tuesday shave..Up and at it early today, coffee on..

..On the topic of "Our Shave Post"it has taken on a life of it's own,and I guess it's the way we wanted it..It's the "Cheers" bar of the shaving world, complete with it's regulars..Who should we call Norm?..we know who Cliff and Frasier is..

Changed out the handle on the Brit tech for a small change,Brit 1950s ball end handle,no difference in weight or balance..purely cosmetic .The Nacet is feeling fine but a little more buffing was needed on the "plus"pass. Starting to loose it's keen edge a bit..The salter lather was on it's game, nicely built with the RR400 synthetic. ,lots of residual slickness, fine peppery sandalwood scent.
Fine BBS was achieved in 3 passes. No drama..though i think I will bin the blade for next outing. Will go with a 50s Superspeed as well for the next few shaves or until that blade diminishes..Yes they are cheap as chips and not worth the agro or a poor shave..I have been a "3 and bin it" guy for the most part, unless it's a vintage spoiler or other..Liberal splash of the Clubman Reserve Whiskey Woods aftershave from the 1950s Woodbury A/S bottle.Awesome..

..
Been on the TSD since Jan 02/17 and on this thread for at least 3 years now..I spent my first year on the forum collecting Gillettes and many other AD's.Here is where it all came together for me,all the magic created with a bunch of cool lookin tools and lubricants..Awesome folks here cheered me along, one day at a time..I went from ok shaves twice a week to awesome shaves daily.
.Only took 40+ years. The last 3 counted the most.I will be here for the foreseeable future, shaking the tree occasionally. .plying my Gillette agenda,in the place I call home..Cheers..
