Ah, you poor confused hillbilly!! You’re confusing Kitsch objects with Art objects! Below is a true art object:
Thanks, Joe! I like the stuff! It unfortunately has a clean soapy scent, so probably wouldn’t appeal to the nasally sophisticated members of the crew!
I am not to far behind him. I just picked up a 1966 Gillette British Slim Twist Quick Twist Vintage Safety Razor Made in England in Case Date Code L2 Arriving around January 22nd. Speaking of the mail, on December 9th I order a Hershey Spa gift card for my wife as a Christmas gift from my son. I received it today. It was postmarked December 9th.
Congrats on the new razor and I cannot wait to see it. I have a few small items that I ordered before Christmas and they still have not got here. They will get the plug out of the pipeline one day.
30 - 60 shaves seems to be the average range for blade longevity from what I've seen others attest to. These blades in the right razor are like shaving with carts without the problems associated with cartridge blades.
Thank you Danny. Prior to the purchase, I reached out to Gary, @brit, to pick his knowledge of this razor.
