My homely Filly 14 user beiing used to test a new stone, details in the honing thread. Soap was the discontinued Savonnerie du Bon Berger Orange Lavande (it’s almost all orange), one of the few orange soaps made. A splash of L’OP Cedrat made a nice compliment.

Same razor, finished this time with clear water strokes after thin slurry. Edge was great. Soap was 3P lathered with a Thäter boar, and ABC Almond balm finished up a super shave. The stone is good.
An heirloom too, it does not get any better than that. Wow, are you the original owner? One of the few razors I will buy if a get a chance. How do you like the razor? Does it live up to it's reputation?
