Prep: Warm shower:/ Original Source Tingly Mint & Tea Tree Shower Gel.

Pre:
Cold wet flannel to my face.
Pears ~ Lemon Flower Transparent Bar Soap + Nuage Menthol shaving Oil.
Brush: Omega 49.
Lather : Williams Mug Shaving Soap.
Blade : Derby Usta. (1)
Razor: Baili ~ BD177 Rose Gold TTO.

Post:
Cold Water Face Rinse./Homemade (~Winter mix~) peppermint lavender, eucalyptus, + Tea Tree essential Oils Witch Hazel Mixture./ Boots ~ Freshwood ASL./Aloe Vera Gel.

(Chinese Razor Week.)

A new shave set up to start the weekend.. Starting the weekend off with the Baili BD177 which is an incredibly good razor, each and every shave that i have had with this super-speed clone has been consistently good...Maiden shave with the Derby Usta which i purchased last year along with some Supershave X blades..

For all intentional purposes i was going to use a 'Derby Premium' blade, but changed my mind at the last minute and used the 'Usta' instead due to forgetting i had yet to try them out...Another great match for the BD177 making a smooth efficient duo.

A very enjoyable 3 pass + pick ups close comfortable /near BBS shave with no errors to report...Finishing the shave off with a small dollop of Aloe Vera Gel.

My face & feeling smooth & smelling divine.

A bright day that source the desire for gray, foggy landscapes....
I do not love the sea, In summer.
But in winter it's beautiful, when sea and sky blend into a continuous gray, when the waves have slate tones interrupted only by the whiteness of the frothy waves.

I would love to take a vacation in Northern Europe... the Frisian Islands, the Lofoten Islands, the Langerhans Islands. Although only the latter are accessible in this lockdown period and attract me far less than the others....

The bright, but icy day first inspired me with the soundtrack: the Black Blower and his saxophone are fantastic and suited to my mood.

Then the soap: who knows why I picked one I haven't used in years, the Felce Aromatica, in its first efficient version?
With its fragrance I have a curious relationship: I don't like it and I don't dislike it.

However, as performance, is an excellent soap.
And I also indulged in its aftershave!
Despite not feeling the alcohol, it is good and leaves the skin supple and nourished.
I looked for the alcoholic kick afterwards though, if not it would have felt like a rasatio interrupta!

The Cella Shave Soap was applied with the Oscar11 Synthetic. One pass and touch ups with the Weck Sextoblade with a Personna Hair Shaper blade gave me a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse I finished off with Lustray Spice After Shave. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

To be perfectly honest this House 99 stick is pretty decent in the sense that it lathers and performs well but I doubt that I would buy it again. The scent in my opinion wouldn’t win an Oscar award - in fact, to me it sucks big time and it’s not that skin friendly as opposed to most of my other soaps although it’s still fairly good. The L’Oreal Men Expert moisturizer leaves a very comfortable feeling on my skin, and the English Leather aftershave, to me smells lovely. I only needed two passes to get a really good, close shave.
