Looks like I missed a couple... Thanks Jason. WK’s version, to my nose, is closer to the Idelle Labs Brut. PAA Et Tu is truer to the Fabergè original. And the recently @Primotenore enabled paco rabanne pour homme (vintage) is better than either. Thanks so much Dave!
I must have a different batch of the WK after shave, I get zero menthol, and I’m usually a little sensitive to it.
Awesome pick up Dave. I wonder what would have happen if you came across this after today? To cave or not to cave?
Don't forget Clubman shave soap. Order within the next 3 hours and you can have it by Tuesday from Amazon. Sent from my SM-T510 using Tapatalk
I never see aValet Autostrop in this room. Let me lay a classy pic among you folks. That brush is a Maggards mixed knot in a handle turned by @9nein9. The Boots shave stick is veddy nice as is the Freshwood aftershave from Boots.
That's because you are hardly here Fuzzy. I can't remember the specific guys, but I believe there are a few who have them.
Heather (of Zingari Man) does have some schooling and a certification in Cosmetics, at least it’s been mentioned in her numerous IG videos and on her website. I should bring out the Noble Otter I have more often, not enough uses to compare...one 2020 Holiday Season release got swiped by a daughter. Maybe she’ll let me try again...
fine shave and pic Calvin.i remember those brushes Patrick made..i use a valet VC4 and a brit nickel VC 3 short handle occasionally. Maybe next month.. Many folks use valets here..
very cool Charlie..you may just pull this off..you will need soap pucks to fit the bowl though..what happens if everyone succeeds in the NB.?
Clubman shave soap is definitely on the table, Jim. However, a NB precludes me from making any orders for 364 days and 3 minutes.
Then I’ll spend an inordinate amount of time in the lathe room, in addition to smelling like the 1970s for a month...
Wait a minute now. My No Buy last two hours longer than your and Dave's. I know I'm not in competition with you guys but still there seems to be something wrong about that. Sent from my SM-T510 using Tapatalk
Thanks Joe. I've never done a NB or gone very long without buying something. It will be fun, and I would certainly be honored to have more of @jtspartan's masterful wood creations. Assuming I win, I will happily join him in using whatever new, off-the-shelf soap or cream he tells me to use. Anything except vintage, used, or products made in the milk house of somebody's farm in a far corner of the world is on the table. I've shot off my mouth plenty, so I bet he has some help from the hecklers and hooligans 'round here to pick out a doosy.
