Late shave again today. I am really glad I took a chance on the Conrad razor. It is razor that deserves a second chance on life. The Simpson T3 Trafalgar whipped the Tabac into Primotenore territory. I loaded an Astra in the Conrad two piece razor and completes three very nice passes. This little razor is a joy to drive and shaves like a Gillette OT with a light handle. Surprisingly it is balanced very nice. Hope everyone is having a great day. I just need to get caught up and see if anyone has defaulted on their NB.
They are so blunt that it can hurt your feelings. You have to have thick skin to survive the shots around here.
Gary Gillette mini focus round 5 1st of the 1st gen British Aristocrat OC, Bic Chrome Platinum blade 1st of the 4 iterations of the 1st gen British Aristocrat. These were sold between 36 - 38 and can be identified by the center bar as seen in the 2nd picture. 1st of the 1st gen Aristocrats use the same style center bar as the US versions produced in the same time frame. The 1st gen Aristocrats far as I can tell all shave the same and are the most aggressive of the British made TTO razors I've ever used. End result BBS finish achieved and one more shave to finish off the blade and mini focus. I get it. A lot of folks like the nostalgic aspect of wet shaving. I can appreciate that sentiment and I am glad that the choices are available to them. I am happy to have more modern choices.
