It’s a full wedge, so it’ll be interesting to shave with. It dates to the late 1840s or early to mid 1850s. It’s purty!

With those two images (great examples by the way)....sell the V2. Blade exposure is off the charts. Put a ruler (with a blade to be binned) across the cap to the bottom on the V2, it'll need to bend the blade to hit the baseplate.

Not so on the V3.

Thanks Jason! I consider the Tradere, Monobilt and Floating Head very close to each other in performance....at this point, not enough shaves to really have a favorite. My only observation is that the Tradere has a smaller sweet spot for blade engagement when in my hands.

I had a moment of weakness last week. Classic Shaving had a 25% off sale and I could resist this baby that came in today.

Occam's Razor V1.0. Of course Clint @clint64 inspired this purchase with his potato peeler. He has the O.R.E.N/Nano V2.0 (I think, I get confused with their names.) version which has a thinner safety bar and the cut out handle. I have always admired this design...yes it is a love hate thing. Kind of like Tabac, Clubman etc.

NNB is fun but this train is slowing down....way down.
