Ok. Kampfe opened their factory on Reade St in 1899. So, the earliest date would be 1899, but most likely early 1900's. I will try to see if I can tighten the date.

First thing he asked was for a picture to see if it was bent/tweaked which can happen easy due to how thin it is. Once he saw it was straight, he sent a new one right away and return label for the old one.

Thank you, Clint! I was fortunate to have some sunny lighting for the picture. Thursday night, I decided to use a cotton buffing wheel (attached to a drill) to try polishing the razor some. I applied some white polishing compound and it worked well (until the battery ran out of juice). I'll try it on some other razors soon.

We have been short on sunshine lately. You did a great job polishing the razor.
