    Excellent report Bill. I am glad the new stone worked out.

    Fantastic looking shave and photo Blair. I am not sure what NB 21 rules you guys agreed to follow. In all past years, replacement of consumable products such as blades, soap or aftershaves were allowed provided it was a direct replacement. No subs allowed. Sending out a razor for replacing and such was not allowed. However, you polishing or making a razor shave ready would be allowed provided you had all the required items on hand. Otherwise no go. These were the rules in years past.

    I went with a couple of new software items today. The WSP Olympus soap was a Christmas gift from Asha and the EdT is a Adventus clone I picked up. The chubby Zenith boar loaded and lathered the Olympus with ease. The scent of the soap is more pineapple forward than Fine Platinum. However the pineapple fades into the background while lathering. The lather was as expected rich and slick. Three passes and touch ups followed by a 4 pass on the neck caught the baby. The Henson is a fine razor and would make an excellent choice for someone starting their DE journey. A splash of Fine Platinum followed but Supremacy Pour Homme EdT left me feeling and smelling fantastic. I even got a thumbs up from the wife. I can't expect much better.     My vintage razors haven't seen much use lately so I'll probably finish out the month with them. Next month will be Just For Fun February, basically just doing what I usually do.

    Sounds like a good plan. I have been trying to rotate through some stuff that I don't use often. I think I have two razors that fit the bill for next week. After that I am going to use your Just for Fun suggestion.
