Looking at today's photographic masterpiece, many may think that I shot it last August. That’s not true: it's from today...
I'll suffer silently.

I wanted a comfortable shave, even more than usual, and I used a very fat soap, a mild razor and a blade that surprised me: unnoticeable and efficient.
The skin is gummy and relaxed and, until I keep it from reading the papers, it will remain such!
Good thing I don't shave as I take pictures!

By the way... Nina Simone is fantastic!

The Fine Snake Bite Shave Soap was applied with the Jayaruh 340 2-band Badger brush. One pass and touch ups with the TNNSER 3d Printed Razor with a Personna GEM SS PTFE blade gave me a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse I finished off with Osage Rub. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

Smoky Citrus
This time I noticed the Citrus notes as well as the smoke in Hindsight. I like it. I love the performance of the soap and Der Vorschlaghammer vs multiday growth. Buttery smooth and easy.

As if yesterday’s shave with the Synergy Frost Byte soap wasn’t cold enough this one with Jaco’s Kameelperd was even colder - man alive, my face is frozen to the point where it feels like a block of ice. I enjoyed the lovely scent, as well as the thick, rich, bitterly cold lather, and the postshave feeling was perfect - no dryness or irritation whatsoever. The Prep and the Arctique were such a wonderful finale, not to mention how beautiful the Bleu de Chanel smells. The brand new Astra Green blade ensured a brilliant BBS shave!
