    Thanks Patrick! I am sure Paul will pick it up soon. When I started shaving as a teenager, my first razors were my dad's double edge so I was familiar with them. Paul is my age minus 2 yrs and I am sure he had used DE razors back then, but then again, maybe not.

    You are going to love the OC razor. I would say yes to the handle. My R41 has a Maggards handle.

    I see the r102 has a polished white handle and not the knurled design. Looks way better to me Joe. Nice open comb too.

    I don’t know about the Rockwell Handle, but I do know any of the IB handles are compatible as are most of the Maggards, both brands are inexpensive. I have my 2011 model on a Weber handle.

    Nivea for Men ASB
    Whiskers: 30 hrs

    Well it is a chilly Long Island day and I am counting the days until Spring arrives. That is 50 days into the near future. Anyway, I went with the Omega boar to whip up a nice, creamy, thick lather. The Stirling Spice smells fantastic. I need to feel good with the upcoming storm approaching. Achieved a near BBS shave with 2 passes and no pickups, no mishaps and no irritation. Did my normal winter postshave routine that ended with a double splash of the Stirling Spice aftershave. Had a little burn, but it was fine. I smell and look great. Have a great afternoon guys! 20210130_121555.jpg
