    Great shave, Joseph, but again I respectfully disagree with your assertion that any safety razor can be more aggressive than a straight! I perforated my cheek with a straight 6 yrs ago, in fact with the razor I used for my mug shave today. That can never happen with a safety razor!!! Nice shave; love the razor! :cool:

    Sounds like a pretty decent first day with that shavette, Joe. I filleted my cheek the first time I used a Shavette (CJB Kami, feather pro). The good news is the cut was so clean it healed up nicely.

    Me too! I'll be waiting a bit longer, though. Just got notification that it will be delayed until tomorrow. It went from Edmonton to Vancouver. It would have basically flown right over me to be transported 900 km away. Vancouver is the hub for the province, though.
