Thank you Joe. I did manage to get it to start with very rough idling, however, the check engine light is on. I will go out around 10 to start it up again to see if it starts easily and if the check engine light remains on.
Muting the blade corners is a great idea, Danny. I may give that a try also. I'm back on the SRX/Tabac training tomorrow. Today turned out to be good. I received some good news and don't have to see the urologist for another year. As I was checking out, I thought I heard a staffer tell another person that she was "going with the flow." I said that I bet that's a big inside joke around here.
I'm really glad we have the shavette master leading the charge on our Parker/Tabac mini-focus. My mug is often not completely comfortable after two+ passes. I have a light touch, but apparently not light enough when it comes to the shavette. I took today off, and I'm back in the game tomorrow. Hope you had a good day, Joe.
Thank you Patrick. Yup, wet and heavy today. Yesterday, I went out to shovel a path for the dogs to get out and to be able to get some firewood. The difference compared to today was stark. Powdery and light, easy to move. Today it destroyed my shoulder and aggravated my back. More on the way, another Nor’easter possible for Sunday.
I'm compiling @Primotenore's Dirty Dozen. I currently have: 1. Granules in shave soap 2. Glue dots on DE blades 3. Black boar hairs 4. Fake Oud 5. Soap pucks that go flop in the bowl (not to be confused with things that go bump in the night)
I hear you Jeff. I did manage to get Anthony to come out to help me a little. SWMBO came out as well towards the end of my ordeal. I did not manage to do the mail box. Figured I would go out later. Well, that did not happen. I took a brief nap instead then made dinner. Now it is snowing again.
I have had this problem for years. It is a torn rotator cuff. Eventually I may opt for surgery. I just hate that it may prevent me from doing an form of exercise for three to six months. May have to suck it up soon.
Well, Paul, you were OK in my book until you started predicting poll results on day # 2 of the month! There's extrapolation, and then there's playing "fast and loose" with the data. Watch your step, or I may find it necessary to go back and unlike all of your posts. Here's the funny thing. @Primotenore has more likes that both of us. Really? How can anyone like him more than you and me, Paul?
Thank you Jeff. I enjoy my MMOC shaves as well. They are great little razors. Thank you. Thank you Charlie. I am gradually making progress sinking the soap. I hope no more than ten more shaves. Thank you Joe. Ha! I would venture to guess we look better than most in the 50+ age bracket. Therefore = Beastmode.
