February 4th Karve ‘D’ Solid Bar w PermaSharp (2) APShave SynBad/ Poculi Barrister’s Reserve Cool combo Thayers Well, the shave was definitely the high point for today. A long one, with the added stress of a cold house due to furnace problems. All ok now, but several worrisome hours for sure. Came home to work from home after an hour or so in the office while arranging a pro to come in for help. Apparently Heating specialists are very busy these days. Anyway, an effortless shave early this morning with a great lather and this smooth razor. Clint was right- automatic shaves from the get go. The Reserve Cool is much closer to what it used to be before the years started to be unkind to it as well- Regular use makes it sing. I hope to catch up a bit on the thread later tonight...
