    Obviously, the D solid bar is my only plate so I can’t comment on others, but no, I would not start out higher. The D plate can be a daily driver. If you got C and Es with one being an open comb for variety, that would be more than enough, imho. If the D was the only plate Karve offered, I’d be happy.

    I was looking at a starter set they had for 200 bucks that included 3 plates . B C and D, I think.
