Great shave Joe! I have enough food to last me for days! Lol! It's been a horrible 1 month window, weatherwise. Today, we had a nice reprieve, and much of the snow has melted. Thursday, will not be fun! However, our Southern friends have had sub-freezing temp and they haven't had a good time of it as well. We have a little over a month to go so let us hope for the best.

Got a message this morning. Said to ship it back to them. I dont mind the snow but the wind I do not like . The old yard truck I plow the driveway with now has heat again. Was air locked.

Hope they gave you a Return Authorization reference # I’ve seen fine print stating returned stuff won’t be processed without one. Hope they make this right with you.
I have that kind of luck Jason. What angered me was that its not the first problem I've had with them. They asked me to send it back to them after I left a voicemail explaining I cant use it with the clear peeling and scratching my skin. Secondly I know it didn't cost much but I think they could have handled this better and sent a replacement cap or another razor. They will probably just offer me a store credit but I will request a full refund .Made 2 orders from ToTC and both times paid less for same product as Fendrihan . Whomever the owner is there even sends a handwritten thank you card and deserves my business from now on. Sorry for the long reply.
Cant wait to see what you cook on that Jim. They just want a copy of invoice or packing slip . I was on such a high with that razor too and this took the wind out of my sails Bill. I'm going to ask for a full refund so I don't end up sending subsequent razors back for the same peeling problems. I never knew this was an issue when I bought it .
