    Our weather can be all over the place. Mid seventies in December, been in a July snowstorm just an hours drive west of home.

    Hi guys! @JACarbone It's a no shave day for me. I just want to let everyone know that I cleared off my car and was able to pull out of my parking spot without any shoveling. Obviously, I didn't go to the gym yesterday so I wanted to make sure I went today. Today was the very first time that I did a full body workout. I needed to work out my upper body because it was scheduled for yesterday and continued with my Friday schedule of arms and legs. In order for me to do this full body workout, I modified it by lightening the weight load for most of the muscles and instead of 2 machines for the chest and back, I only used one machine for each muscle. I was very surprised that I was able to do a full body workout. However, that will be a rare thing because I like the way I break up the muscle groups on particular days. It's good to know that if I can't make it to a gym day that I have a solution to stay on track. Now, it's time for our regularly scheduled program.
