I take it you noticed our burgers were bunless. Other than the red onion, which I went light on, it was a pretty good keto meal. I did partake in too many calories though.

Is their travel scuttle much smaller than their regular brush scuttle?

It looks it in the pictures, Joe. I'd like to try it as a brush scuttle for my larger brushes. I highly doubt I would ever use it for travel.

Yep! Never really thought of onions not being keto, went and read some more. Interesting. Still would take several whole onions to get one kicked out of ketosis. And….I’m kind of a no onion person to start with, so it kind of takes care of itself with that option.

Yeah, even with the onion I should still be under 20 carbs today. To try and keep the fat to protein ratios good everything on the griddle was cooked in a combination of avocado oil and clarified butter.

It took about an hour and a half to get it seasoned. Worked great. Nothing stuck to it at all. Just a couple of minutes to clean and oil for the next cook.

Thanks Joe! I try not to overdue it because I am not 20. However, I have been increasing my weight on the machines where I thought that I would never be able to get there. I broke 2 of my personal records this week and was totally amazed. I am at a point where I enjoy going to the gym. And finally, the snow is behind us for the rest of this month.

What's a burger without onions? I am just busting your onions! Wait I can't bust them because you don't have any due to the fact you don't like them. Lol!

I will. I have been eyeing carbon steel frying pans for a long time.

I know nothing about carbon steel cookware. I've been using cast iron for years. Anxious to hear your thoughts on it.
