February 24th Razor: Wolfman WR2 1.25 Blade: Gillette Winner (3) Brush: PAA Atomic Rocket Pre-shave: PAA Cube Soap: PAA Astra Planeta PAA Galactic Witch Hazel PAA Astra Planeta Star Jelly AS: PAA Astra Planeta Final shave with the Wolfman before starting my Blackland focus. I decided to explore different shaving angles. Up until today always a shallow angle, right where muscle memory takes me. I included steep and angles in between. Really didn't notice much difference and thought to myself what a large sweetspot this razor has. Gave my face a thorough cold water rinse and reached for the alum. I can lie to myself but the alum doesn't lie. Pretty warm everywhere. Not newbie hot like I used to get when I first started out but more than the light tickle I usually get. Shallow angle from here on with the Wolfie. Have a great day! Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk
Thanks, Joe! I just got it back from him! He really likes it also! He offered to trade an old Bengall for it, but no go! I’m sure he’ll enjoy all my razors.
Well, I know that it is the thought that counts, but I would just roll with it and accept that your sister didn't think you were hygienically challenged to offend the general public.
They’re great shavers and adjustable, Dave, but the do require focus during the shave and sticking with the sweet spot! You’ll see! I like my two, but they’d never be daily drivers!
It's a winning Wolfman shave Jim! I would think that there is some lattitude with some safety razors. I guess it is a matter of what your skin can tolerate. Personally, muscle memory works for me everytime. Have a great day!
Thanks, Jeff! Thank you, Joe! I have a few razors that shave better outside my muscle memory. I wouldn't know that unless I tried. I'm happy to learn something new every chance I get. Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk
That one, with the blade recessed is less likely to get you than a DX with a new Pro Super locked in. Low weight class is the concern
Appearing remotely (9-5 Pacific time )from his office via the internet I want you to remove your torques ladies and gentlemen, stand or sit if you're comfy and give a big welcome as I introduce Western Canada's newest part time sit down shave joke comic, and let's be reminded the T is not for Tabac, I present to you the Slayer of Shulton, the Henchman of hecklers Mr J .Teeeeeeeee Spartan. He rode that NB 21 wagon till the wheels flew off. The road must have been really bumpy or someone forgot to grease the axles . Sorry. I'll leave the jokes up to you.
