Just ordered Yaqi's new single edge artisan blade razor. I ordered the aluminum handle but they offer it with a brass handle as well. Should be a light weight shaving machine.
I recently cleared out some room in my collection this past weekend. My younger brother visited me and before he left, I started him on the Traditional Wet Shaving Journey. I gave him a good basic tutorial and set of guidelines. Then I sent him home with a DE razor, 8 various tucks of DE blades, a shaving brush, 10 different soaps, a styptic pencil and a bottle of Brut aftershave. Shortly after he got home, he texted me that he just had his first shave with the new gear and it was the best shave of his life. He said he's never going back to cartridges/disposables again. ***Consequently, that also means he is probably going to be bugging me for new stuff in the future when he runs out of something*** Now... with my new found space in the shaving den, I had to fill up some spots of course... Maggard finally restocked Mike's Hungarian Lavender soap today. And, of course, I just had to add a few items for the free shipping... Ahhh...retail therapy...

I would not purchase a brush at this price but I came across this and my God they are beautiful. If I owned one that looked this nice idk if I would want to use it. It would look good a a display item though.
