    It didn't sound like you were having an ideal time of it. Contractors think they can bamboozle the public by getting huffy by insisting they install their equipment. It's because they want to pad on their profit margins. It is fortunate for you that your son is capable of doing it.

    Thanks Jason. I'm not completely basing it off of the alum. My face does feel a little raw and irritated throughout the day. Right now my face feels a little warm. It is confusing a little because I don't sense a problem during the shave. The razor is smooth and does not feel aggressive. I actually enjoy the shave. I'll put the Nodachi down for a few days and then probably give it another go with a lighter handle. Thanks for your input.

    Today's shave was a bit better. I think this razor might actually want a super steep angle, rather than shallow. I also changed up the blade. It seems to perform better with my Perma-Sharp Supers.
