    Razor: Schick G "66"
    Blade: Schick (?)
    Brush: Saponificio Varesino Cocobolo
    Soap: Palmolive
    AS 1: Humphrey's Alcoholado Maravilla 70
    AS 2: Palmolive Splash
    Fragrance: Tom Ford Grey Vetiver

Continuing with my Vintage SE focus for the week and pulled my Schick G "66" razor which just gives a phenomenal shave. The Palmolive soap provide a nicely scent lather and the splash completed things except for the TF Grey Vetiver which was the cherry on the Sundae. Have a great day guys !!

    Good morning guys!

    Straight shave #246
    7/8 Henckel's Friodur
    Semogue OC Super Badger
    Stirling SS and AS
    Dickenson's WH not pictured
    Nivea ASB not pictured
    Whiskers: 35 hrs

I decided to go with my Glastonbury soap again because I want to deep six it this year. The Semogue whipped up a nice, sheeny, creamy, slick lather that is to be expected with this soap. I only need two passes and minor touchup with the Friodur to give me a trouble-free near BBS shave. Usual postshave routine ending with the matching aftershave and my skin looks 15 yrs younger. Ok, maybe 10 and that is pushing it. Lol!
Did a headshave with Cremo and the G E Jones Shakesharp for a smooth cueball shave. I did not post pictures of this gear because it was a last minute decision. I will respond to all of your posts later because I have a men's breakfast this morning and afterwards, I am going to the gym. Have a great day guys! 20210305_190727.jpg

    Aftershave: Stirling Sandalwood
    Additional Care:
    Stirling Alum Block
Thayer's Witch Hazel - Aloe Vera

Day 5 of 6 of the Dovo Mini-Focus
Up early for a Saturday as I have to take my mother for her first COVID vaccination shot. Antony her fantastic shave with the Dovo Best. Three passes which lead to total smoothness.

Decide to give a dome shave a whirl. One pass with some minor buffing gave a nice shave without any mishaps. I may periodically do a dome shave, probably it will not be part of my daily routine, perhaps weekends only. The option is all mine.

    Have a great day gentlemen.

    Shave Stick & Aftershave

Happy Saturday Everyone. I am sticking with the Feather AS-D2 for a while longer. Let's just call it a mini focus. My package from Maggard Razor arrived with the Speick aftershave among other goodies so I just had to pull out the matching shave stick for today's shave. I love the fresh light herbal scent of Speick. Plus the stuff works well above its price point. I went with a three pass shave today, XTG followed by 2 ATG passes. I pulled out the alum block and really paid attention to skin stretching which cut down the neck buffing. The end result was a drama free BBS shave. I really love this razor. A splash of the Speick aftershave and I am off to visit my Mom for the day. I hope everyone has a great Saturday.
