I'm thinking you could re create the topper on a metal lathe or find something around very similar to fit .
Wish I could find a similar wedge soled shoe in a 4e width with a safety toe. Many moons ago, I had a pair of regular toe shoes that I loved. Always cushiony-bouncy on the feet.

This has been on my Amazon "watch list" for a while and I caught it on sale for $19.50. I remember @Dave in KY purchased this one recently (and I think also one other member of the 30DC). I'm pretty confident that I'm going to like it. This too has been on my Amazon "watch list" for a while. I caught it on sale for only $8.00! It's a classic that I have not tried before, so I am hoping it lives up to the good reviews. I have really enjoyed using the two Mike's Natural Soaps (Bay Rum and Hungarian Lavender) that I already own, so much so, that I decided to add another scent...
