Drive by COTD post….

Made this recipe today, although I cooked in searing hot 12” Lodge cast iron skillets (cooking for 4). Doubled the sauce for cooking in cast iron. The crispy, near blackened results on both the pineapple & salmon were a hit with every mouth in the house, plates scraped clean. Served with fresh steamed broccoli, cauliflower pasta (garlic butter).

There must’ve been another production run after my original enabling and subsequent purchase. When I was searching, BAUME.BE was scarce everywhere, even their website. My back up purchase was from Shave Nation, used a coupon, and added a couple items to grab the free shipping perk.

I had an MRI in 2010 after I had a minor stroke. I remember they gave me ear plugs to wear. And...there was NO sleeping during that procedure...

Much the same way here, Andrew. This one was rather frustrating as it happened almost immediately after my original order ‘shipped’ (which it hadn’t really, could tell by the tracking info).
