1. Hi everyone. Welcome to a new month and the coming of spring.

Today was a day for a handful of errands - groceries, bank hardware store, etc. Later, I had the challenge of adding a piece of cartoon art to an already-extensive collection. Finding space is not the only issue. I always look to place things in a logical way, such as by studio or theme. So, to place the cel of Leela (from Futurama), I needed to rearrange 5 other pieces. But I got it done.

Me: See, this is what comes of you leaving an open bag of stale clam crackers on the patio table to "help nature." You're lucky it's not already chewing its way inside for more.

Tree rat: DAMMIT, I WAS INVITED.

Useless feline: Squirrel? I don't see no squirrel.

  4. Our downstairs bathroom recently required a lengthy and costly repair. Not happy about that, but it’s finally done. I am VERY happy about that.

  5. Easy day, cleaned the chicken coop and put together some boxes for my bee hives
  6. This morning I was out giving a quick shovelling from last nights snow fall and out of the corner of my eye I saw some movement and here this Moose trots down the road in our subdivision. The photo is not top notch and only had my cell in my pocket and so better take a few pictures for you all to enjoy.
The moose is kneeling to lick the salt off the road and water, rare to see them in this posture. They like eating people's cedar trees this time of the year.(cedar trees are not native to this area.)

Take some great photos and share! Stay and think safe in these times!

  8. Ya apparently they got this tree eating tourism racket going on right now. Although I think the authorities are trying to nip it in the bud so to speak..;) Myself I just support the local tree eating industry..:eatdrink013:

  13. I went to a new doctor today- just a checkup. While she was thorough, there wasn't one gown in the office that fit me. Yes, I know I need to lose weight, but that is a poor excuse for a doctor not to treat me with dignity. A gown that is uncomfortably tight and barely covers me doesn't meet that standard.
  14. Howdy folks

  15. I've been waiting since 9 a.m. for Home Depot to arrive and install a new microwave oven. They called at 8:30 this morning and said they were half an hour away. Must be the new math or something.
