    That's an idea @Trigger had when I wrote about my AV Ice-Blue woes. Didn't seem to work for the AV-I dunno why. I'll try it again tomorrow for the YSL.

    Saponificio Varesino SS & ASB - Desert Vetiver
    Seiko 6/8 Kamisori
    @MrEE Evan's LE w/TGN 2 Band Badger
    Terre D'Hermes

    Wanted to get Evan's LE handle into use....pulled the TGN knot (silicone mounted) from my PAA Switchback ferrule last night. Didn't want to violate my NB '21....seemed like the easiest option. Couple spacers and another round of silicon.....ready to go this morning.

    Awesome SV Desert Vetiver 4.3 formula, lather bursting almost immediately as I start loading. Nice cloud like face feel, this knot is no lather hog. Handle is perfect, great balance, easy to hold/control despite it's slick, very deep blue glass like finish. Running a little late this morning, just 2 quick passes with the Seiko, no shenanigans, nice smooth results. Finished with SV's matching after shave balm, it's nice fragrance fades somewhat quickly for me, added a light mist of Terre D'Hermes to finish. Wifey 'Oh, Yeah' :love055:, on the layering effect.

    Ahh, ok. That's good to know that the sentiment here appears to be that anything "LE" is safe for NBers to buy.

    Paul, it does work! You just have to cover the opening and then slide the finger to make the opening smaller. In other words, you make it 1/3 to 1/2 the normal opening. You get a smaller amount, but you have to slide the finger quickly back over the cover.
