  1. They are great shavers, Joe! Is yours a model 49 as well. I understand there are some model 14s set with the “Ace of Spades” scales as well. I initially thought 15/16 might be a bit much, but it's a really well-balanced design.
  2. Great and beautiful shave Jim. I have noticed one thing about Evan's handles.....they look great in any setting and with any knot attached. Great job on getting the T2 knot where you wanted it. Take care.
  3. Thanks Joe....have fun.

  4. Sounds like a wonderfully fragrant shave, Blair! I do like the looks of your folding Kamisori. Is it an asymmetrical grind? I don’t remember.

  6. Thanks, Joe; it was!
  7. Thanks, Jason! I should have said best Gem for me! I really like both heft and blade feel, and this little razor delivers!
  8. Thanks Jeff! Yes, this folding Kamisori is an asymmetrical grind. I bought as 'NOS' last August, put through a quick edge touch up on the 12K Shapton, then pasted strops when I received. Roughly 24ish uses in, it's only needed linen pasted w/CrOx since, and/or normal linen & leather stropping for maintenance.
  9. Thank you Blair and Jeff
  10. Gorgeous photo and shave lineup Amigo.

  14. I believe my Ace of Spades is a 49. I am at work so I can't check. I will let you know, but it is a 7/8. You can have a large blade, but if the balance is right, you would think that you are holding a smaller razor. My 10/8 Max Sprecher is very easy to maneuver because it is well balanced.
  15. Hey Doug! Nice setup!
  16. Thanks, Jeff!
I'm loving every minute of the MOLC lifestyle. Home alone today so the music is well above acceptable levels when SWMBO is at home.
    Thanks, Danny!
Evan made us some beautiful brush handles.
