Schick N1, Vintage Schick twin blade, shave 12 After yesterday's shave with an N3 I decided to swap the blade back into the N1 to see if there was a difference. My first impression of the N3 was wrong and these are the same razors shave wise. The blade is starting to drop off is all. I got 20 - 21 solid 5 pass shaves with a modern Schick twin blade now we shall see if this vintage one can match it for longevity. End result BBS finish achieved but barely.

Soap: AOS Peppermint Postroraso white cream A/S: Florida “witch doctor” water Third goodwill of the week and like most NEW long combs this razor shave is just right. The feather is suppose to be vintage.. i dont know if it is or not because vintage blades aint my scene. But i can say this blade may be the smoothest feather ever! I didnt even feel it shave really. The cream performed really well and love the freeze when i splash cold water. I have a few samples of a PAA lather booster puck i think? Im not sure what it is and all i know it lathers also so i dont get it. Maybe Williams mug soap ahould get with paa for some help, because there soap is garbage. AAAAANYWAAAAY, Sorry for the rant there. Finished off the shave with some of the florida water.. good stuff and lastly added the proraso preshave cream that to be honest doesnt make sense either because it doesnt add any slickness or lather to anything but i like the smell and hate that it leaves my skin slightly tacky.
