Nice shave with my prized swoopy Ragg that I chased for years. I’m sending it off to @gssixgun soon as the edge it came with is good but not quite my style. Nonetheless, my face is smooth, smooth, smooth and smelling good with that Old Spice.

Razor: Kai Luffy Style shavette- Mfg 2018> well made Zamac folding razor, easy to manipulate around the face, good razor to learn with or just enjoy as a seasoned shaver. This style of Shavette allows a person to access Feather or Kai guarded blades.
Blade: Kai Protouch guarded- excellent blade, Sharp & smooth + well made. Great way to learn and reduce nicks & weepers. I like this blade so much that I bought a AC SE razor to try out.
Soap: Razorock XXX- nice clean scent, Excellent lather qualities.
Brush: Yaqi Moka express synthetic, nice to look at handle with nice 24 mm knot. Excellent lather generator, heavenly cloud like soft tips + gentle scrub & great lather painter.
Pre shave: Brush wash whole face with hand bar cleanser + a dollop of clear aloe Vera on the cleaned beard area.
Prep: Cold water rinse after each pass of 3 pickups. WTG + 2X ATG + pickups.
Post shave: Razorock XXX with witch hazel + a dollop of Nivea balm.
Results: CCS,DFS,BBs + minor irritation + some weepers= Excellent shave with my Kai style folding shavette + Kai protouch guarded blades.

My experience with the TP loader was similar to your shave today. I found that flexing the magazine a little helped line everything up. But yes, the plastic loader can be a pain.

True. And I honestly don't know why. I mean, the AdP is definetly a warm weather product (it has some cooling effect that's either menthol or eucalyptus), but I should be using it more in the summer. It's an outstanding performer. I was wet shaving years before I discovered artisan products. The first artisan soap I used was RazoRock's XXX. I fell in love with the fragrance, so I sought out the inspiration for XXX which is Colonia. So, I picked up the Colonia EdC. I missed the original AdP Colonia-scented soap (the current stuff doesn't smell like Colonia, but it's nice). The post-shave lotion is Colonia-scented. Anyway, even though the soap doesn't smell like Colonia, I've gone through 1.5 tubs despite my sparse use. It's so luxurious, it just feels a little hedonistic to use it. LOL.

I've been on a bit of a synthetic brush run lately so today I realized that I've missed the badger brush experience. I have a few badgers so it's time to revisit them. Also, working at home today calls for the strongly scented aftershave. Great shave!

Brush: Chinese Unbranded Silvertip Fibre.
Bowl Lather.
Tesco's Ceramic 'Cosmo' Side Bowl.
Lather : Kiss My Face ~ Peaceful Patchouli Shave Cream.
Blade : Indian Gillette 7'0clock Super Platinum. (D1)
Razor : Yintal 9036-I TTO.

Post:
Cold water face wash with brush squeezings, Cold Water Face Rinse. /Homemade (~Spring/Summer mix~) Lemon, Eucalyptus, Tea Tree, Essential Oils. + 3 Menthol Crystals. Mixed Together With 200ml of Care+Witch Hazel./L'0REAL ~ Barber Club Reinforcing ASB.

A new shave set up to start the weekend....Carrying on with my month of Indian made DE blades using the Gillette 7'0clock Super Platinum, which paired together with the Yintal super speed clone superbly making a mild smooth efficient duo.
It's been a while since i last used the KMF shave cream and forgot how you only need a small amount to get a adequate slick protective lather without adding more to the mix...Don't be put off with it's feminine packaging it's a great shaving cream which i should and will use more regularly with my shave set ups.

A enjoyable 3 pass +pick ups close comfortable shave with no errors to report...Finishing the shave off a with a small dollop of L'0REAL ~ Barber Club Reinforcing ASB.

My face & precious swede are feeling smooth & smelling divine.
