2021-04-10, Saturday
An acceptably gray Saturday, but, by all means, bright.
This gave me access to a soap I've been wanting to pick up for some time: a lavenderish lavender!
Out of sheer curiosity, I wanted to see the minimum amount of cream, necessary to have an abundant lather and the test had results, for me, surprising!
It was enough to puff the tips of the brush: the soap was barely visible on the bristles.
At the beginning of the lathering, I did not notice any reaction, but distributing the cream on the wet face, it adhered and, wetting the brush with a few drops of warm water, showed the birth of a white foam.
Repeating the addition of water, I obtained a full-bodied foam, like soft yoghurt, which was what I was after.
Continuing to lather, I arrived at a full knot of whipped cream sufficient not only for the two passes, but for two or three more, at a minimum.
I deduce that by carefully drawing, an entire bowl of CF can last well over a year of daily shaves!
I would say that the cost, not laughable but not even among the most expensive on the market, makes the cost of this cream really low.
I rounded out the liturgy with an absolute lavender, which is among my favorites, while listening to some fantastic music!
