    Adjustables

    Razor: Gillette Super Adjustable 84
    Blade: Gillette Nacet
    Brush: MrEE 30mm (the tongue)
    SS & AS: Stirling Intrepid Man

    So, I think I've shaved with all of my adjustable razors. I do have a few duplicates I'm saving for my son. All I can say is I'm not really into the Gillette adjustables anymore. The shave was okay but not as close nor as consistent as I'd been getting.

    I feel like I need a few swapable base plate razors. Okay, I could probably just shave with any number of my other razors, but where's the fun in that?

    Well it looks like I started doing a focus on my Zenith Chubby Scrubby. It’s been the only brush I’ve used since it arrived on April 2nd. It’s been breaking in extremely well and after 10 uses the tips are very soft with enough backbone to give it scrub. I’ve been using Modern Williams quite a bit as well and am finally getting consistently good lather with it.

    Very nice gear and pick Evan. Gee, sorry you don't get close shaves with your Gillette adjustables. Fortunately, I get close shaves with mine, albeit I have to work harder when using my Redtip

    As we head toward the middle of April, here's a projection for the survey-"Lather With Arko" will come in at 3rd. "Exclusively Shave With Whatever Suits Me" looks in very good shape to win the thing, but I want to wait a little longer to make that projection.

    Nice shave, Joe! Feather blades are my main blade in the DE and AC arenas. Never go wrong with a Feather, although it’s definitely not a good blade for a new single blade safety razor shaver. :)
