Saturday 17th April EndGem Speed 3• GEM Stainless Coated #9 The last of my trio of EndGem shaves, the most aggressive 3dot. Which definitely lives up to its description, as the alum and Williams gave a very pleasant tingle. One other thing that I forgot to mention is the lovely scraping toast sound that the EndGem produces. Be happy everyone!
First shave with a recently acquired ER lather catcher. I have another one but it has a damaged blade stop. This one has good blade stops and came with a nice handle with the stopping attachment that inserts into the end. The shave was quite nice. The Schick N is also a new acquisition and was loaded with a vintage twin blade. Both razors performed beautifully.

Sunday Schick shave, April 18th 2021 Razor: Schick injector i2 type with hydro-magic- Excellent razor, easy to manipulate around the face, easy to clean. Blade: Personna SS PTFE injector- Excellent blade, very sharp, good longevity, smooths out nicely, predictable. Soap: Santa Marie del Fiore, nice mild tobacco vanilla scent with great lather qualities. Brush: Yaqi Moka express 24mm Mew knot, Excellent lather generator, heavenly cloud like soft tips, gentle scrub + great lather painter. Pre shave: Brush wash whole face with CeraVe hand bar cleanser + a dollop of clear Aloe Vera gel on the cleaned beard area. Prep: Cold water rinse after each pass of 2 + pickups. WTG + ATG + pickups. Post shave: Razorock Santa Maria del Fiore aftershave with witch hazel+ a dollop of Nivea balm. Results: CCS,DFS,BBS + no irritation + no weepers = excellent shave with my Schick injector i2 with a Personna coated blade. Have some great shaves! Stay & think safe in these times!
Blackland Sabre w/2 dot plate, Gem ptfe stainless blade, shave 2 New acquisition I am trying out. First impression this is no Gem Micromatic open comb which is the razor I used yesterday. This is much milder shave but it is somewhat efficient though not efficient enough to produce a full BBS finish under the chin. Rest of the face is BBS.
Trying out 2 new acquisitions today. The Schick I1 and the M2. Both razors shaved quite nicely. Also wearing the Momentum Base Layer today. Such a cool watch.

Mon 19th April Muhle Silvertip- A 21mm Hampshire Wool Fat Personna Super Stainless Razor Personna S/S [ 1 ] GB Grey Flannel A/S Lotion. A change of Razor today- The Personna which I could not get on with for ages until I paired it up with a Personna blade. Now I get excellent quality Shaves with it.

Brush: Yaqi lucky dice 26 mm Tuxedo knot, excellent lather generator with cloud like soft tips, great scrub+ lather painter. Pre shave: brush wash whole face with CeraVe hand bar cleanser + a dollop of clear Aloe Vera gel on the cleaned beard area. Prep: Cold water rinse after each pass of 2 + pickups. WTG +ATG+ pickups. Post shave: Razorock Santa Marie del Fiore with witch hazel + a dollop of Nivea balm.
