Well I made up my mind and went with Arko. No regrets. Since I have been sporting a goatee for awhile and now its just a stache I decided to introduce my chin to the Mühle . Didn't need a box of Band Aids or anything as if you're careful with this beast it will reward you 10x . I have the smoothest chin in Canada as I write this. Have a good one gents Wooooo
April 19 SOTN Good evening guys! Shavette shave #256 Dovo Shavette Personna Hairshaper Blade (6) Omega Pro 49 Boar Brush Stirling Glastonbury SS and AS Dickinson's WH and Nivea ASB Whiskers: 31 hrs Decided to shave this evening and use the same setup and pic from yesterday's shave. Why mess with a good thing? Don't want to bore you with the details. However, it was an error-free 2 pass BBS shave. I think that I will continue using the Glastonbury until it is gone. It looks as though that there may be 5 shaves left maybe 7 if I use synthetic brushes. Have a good night guys!
It is a great razor. It gives a very close shave like a straight or shavette. However, the Stirling Stainless Steel razor with the hyper aggressive plate seems to be more aggressive than the current Mühle R41. I base it on youtube reviews. If I wasn't primarily straight/shavette shaver, then I would consider buying it. Carry on Patrick!
