MayHem shave #1 (early afternoon shave)......inspired by @jtspartan & @jluc (with a side shout out to super Tabac aficionado @wristwatchb). Needed something plastic to shave with....and wanted an ubër slick predictable Tobacco Tuesday setup. After some wee brain power, this idea was hatched mid morning.

Incredible thick and slick lather from the Zenith synthetic, easily overloaded with 45 seconds of loading from the Tabac dish, then beaten like an outdoor rug with a broken broom stick. Bowl overflowing Tabac fragrance goodness. 2 passes with this contraption, the first taking twice as long as usual as I figure out hand holds, angles, landings and blade pressure. Chin area....yeah....um, get about a millimeter from a landing....realize it ain't going to go nicely, retreat and retry. 1st pass was completely WTG, 2nd pass was WTG again for all areas above the jawline, but managed a XTG pass on the right lower neck to jawline and a complete ATG pass for the left neck to the jawline. Both hands used, all sorts of grips. Bloodletting? No.....2 skin blemishes (going on a week, ugh), 1 pressure error under the chin. Nothing that formed a drop or weeped, just red spots. Whew. All solved with a quick alum rub followed by PAA's after shave balm called Star Jelly. Finished with Charlie's favorite cologne....;) Wifey approved in this household, btw.

Oh....how would I rate this shave? Pretty good actually (I've done worse long ago). Right jawline and under....slight rough patch, but no irritation anywhere. So, a DFS+ easily.

Hope the rest of Tuesday is awesome for everyone!
