Excellent Gary! It is all good. However, you will have to add resistance training to eventually round out your program. If you don't have weights, then there are youtube vids that illustrate body resistance work beyond pushups, etc. Congrats again on your progress!

Great notes! But....math!??! I can't do math while shaving with an open edge, I can barely keep the brain cells aligned so I don't break that layer that lets the crimson flow. Now I gotta get out a protractor!?!

In all seriousness though, great info. FWIW, I agree, a shallower angle than typical suggestions works for me also when shaving with the DX. Once you get really comfortable with it, you might even try just riding the blade face with the spine skimming the skin. Works well on the flatter areas (cheeks/neck).

@Hembree inspired for the Cella Red today. Excellent lather, bursts nearly immediately as one starts loading the brush. Slick and thick, wonderful marzipan aroma'd lather helped the Rigarazor mow through 2 passes today. BBS- results, 1 error reopening the skin blemish (ARRRR....) that's been plaguing me for way too long. I may change to shaving that area (right nostril shadow) with a safety razor so that it'll heal properly. I've always had a skin bump there...usually no problem. Anyways, used the complete setup of the Cella Red, a super clean/fresh wifey approved fragrance.
