  1. Ya. They'd have to find someone to make a triple-milled, tallow puck for them. The factory/company they used in the Netherlands shut down. Besides Tabac, off the top of my head I can't think of many other companies currently making triple-milled, tallow soaps. H et V has a soap that they call 3x milled (and tallow), but it is not hard like a 3x puck. DR Harris I think...MWF if you consider lanolin close enough...
    Wow...great work!
Calling @BaylorGator -Patrick and Danny deserve an honorary Shavey Award...

  3. Thanks....I want to change the screw to a lower profile but I like where it is headed. I just need some Canadian courage to shave with it. :D
  4. Thank....I need courage and prayers. :)

I'll probably give it a go next week.

  7. Thank you Jason. I love the antique finish on the General. I really don't like polishing brass. I am not sure why I decided to bowl lather. It seemed like a good idea to squirt the cream into the bowl.

Thank you Joe. I hope you have a great day as well

  13. Yes....and your point? :D

    Patrick started it. :taunt002:

  14. I think you'll miss the strength the spine gives the blade but what do I know ?!?!

  19. Very cool Danny! You'll have no problems shaving with that. Seriously. It's no different than my Enoch that I've removed the safety bar. ;)

You only have to watch out for the square ends of the blade, or mute them (like many GEM razors do inherently with tabs that hold the blade in that spot).

I'm game for a razor trial/swap (which is NOT a purchase in my mind :))....
  20. Thanks Mike! The last time I was there was May 2020 at my nephew's first wedding. The Capital Beltway was a nightmare then, and from what I have heard, it is still a nightmare.
