    Ok, I needed to be clean-shaven for tonight's service so I really wanted to see if my little fix on Artie really took hold. Recapping, I did three shaves with this razor that were not up to my standards so I croxed, stropped on linen and then the leather. Well, tonight's shave was great! Artie is now very sharp and rewarded me with a BBS shave with 2 passes. There wasn't any buffing, touchups, blood or irritation. Well, I had a previous scratch on my cheek that opened up, but I am not counting it. I chose the Spice in tribute to Andrew! It is indeed a wonderful scent. Applied my witch hazel and matching aftershave to end this epic shave. Have a great evening guys!

    Thank you, Joe. To my untrained nose, the scents are almost identical. The two soaps provide slightly different lathers, but that does not make one necessarily better than the other. So... that is my roundabout way of saying it is too early to have a preference. :D

    Thank you guys. We did have a great Mother's Day. The girls were able to do a FaceTime call so that as nice that they got to talk with both their grandmother and mother.

    I’m a casual fan and don’t have cable, so it really doesn’t impact me too much, but my brother-in-law was pretty darn distraught. But my folks’ place is bordered by property owned by one of the owners of Comcast, so we had quite the conversation!
