    The thing about to-die-for lather is, that when it's really to-die-for, one good shot is most often enough. Nice 411 on the scents too. In fact (if you ask my wallet), the 411 is a bit too nice. :)

    Thanks Danny....well these last three were with Sophisticated Gentlemanly Goo. I hope to have similar successes with shave soap. It's all in the lathering.

    Good afternoon guys!

    Straight Razor Shave #271
    10/8 Max Sprecher (44)
    Catie's Bubbles Syn. Brush
    Stirling Satsuma SS and AS
    Dickinson's WH
    Whiskers: 31 hrs

    This was a very fine shave in every aspect. The lather was creamy and slick. The Satsuma scent is one of my favorite frags. Two passes with little touchup for near BBS without any issues of blood or irritation. I smell nice after applying the witch hazel and aftershave. I shaved with Mad Max.
    Rhetorically, what's not to like?
