  1. Thank you Danny.
  2. Thanks Clint. I'm going to revisit the blade again. The reason I wanted the video was to show the good and bad of old blades . This thing actually worked out but many warned me not to use it as it would be a dud after all these years

Colibri (Hummingbird) safety razor with 1.10mm base plate.
    Feather blade (2)
Eufros shave soap - Brisa De Oriente
    Cremo Bourbon and Oak EdT

New soap in the den courtesy of Dave @Dave in KY . Dave throwed this soap in the box when he sent my Karve back. I'm glad he did. This soap has super glide and has a very pleasant scent. I looked it up and it list base notes of myrrh, cardamom and vanilla. Basically it is good, slick and smells great. Thanks Dave.

For some reason I keep reaching for the Colibri. I really enjoy this razor and it has delivered great results. Three smooth and drama free passes this morning with just a small hint of alum.

Finished the shave off in the usual way.

I hope everyone has a wonderful Tuesday.

    Yardley~~Culmak~~Lalune~~Oud 24 Hours
It appears the variables for today's shave are all new, so there goes the neighborhood, as they say.
Reaching for the stars, I chose some of my favorite tools.
    The Culmak and the
Yardley really paired up well to create a superior lather.
The Gustave Lalune, a true work of art, is almost too nice with which to shave.
Truth be told, I get the exact same shave from every straight I own. The same thing can be said
for every brush I own. They all make great lather and that's the true story.
Fact is, I, like most of us here, enjoy some variety.
But in the end, they all perform the same function.
Fragrances, on the other hand, all are unique and that is the attraction for me.
Speaking of which, here's my fragrance du jour:

This juice came to my attention and from the name, one would rightly assume Oud would play a role.
    Au contraire mon frère.
Nope. Oud is nowhere to be found.
If you are at all familiar with Tom Ford Black Orchid, then you know what this juice smells like.
I have sampled the TF at Macy's and I am here to tell you, 99.99% of the population
wouldn't know the difference. Your wallet would, as this juice is about 1/10th the cost.
New acquisition to remind everyone I meet of my persuasion:

  5. It was probably turned around to throw the dish out to move the tire in closer to the tractor. Probably to be hauled on a narrower trailer at one time.

Where did you find that Culmac brush? I have a smaller one and it has the finest KT of any brush own. I would use it but it is so small.
  15. Great posts guys ! Exhaust sounds nice Keith. Love the tshirt Primo.:happy088:
  16. I didn't notice it was flipped around. I assumed it was mounted in reverse. Do you have any pics of the Peterbilt grille ?
