    Again, no pre-shave oil and I will use the Alum Block before the aftershave splash. The acne is nearly fully healed. I might need Friday and Saturday and I hope Sunday I will be able to go back to moisturizing products.

    No. It's just genetics. When I get an acne breakout anything that is oily makes it more difficult to heal it up. Less oily skin helps clear it up faster. Once the breakouts stop, then I seem to be able to use moisturizers with no issue. So, the breakouts happen 'rarely' these days. I don't know if it's hormonal or a light food allergy that I haven't identified.
