    New gear today.
    Sharp Star in the R41 really is a winning combination.
    Some blood on the side of my neck...no surprise with this razor. Doesn't take much.
    Spritzed some Meehan Bay Rhum for the finale.
    Off to the hospital and to continue working on my mother's apartment.    ​

    I never thought I'd be wearing a long-sleeve shirt on May 30, but this IS Massachusetts...you can pratically throw a stone and have it land in Canada! Oh all right, I'm just being silly, but it IS true that Massachusetts ain't exactly Florida.

    Razorock F400 brush
    Razorock WTP orange soap
    Cremo Bourbon and Oak EdT

    I committed to my Mayhem shave this morning. My granddaughter stayed over last night and she wanted to pick out the brush and soap this morning.

    Awesome and plently of great lather this morning.

    I muted the corners of the Gem blade and nervously went to town. When you feel those corners on the skin it is cringe time. Since yesterday was a no shave day I had plenty of growth to deal with. I took my time and completed two passes with no blood loss. I'm smooth and the alum was barely noticeable.

    Overall this was a great shave.

    Cool, wet and overcast. I broke out The Holy Black to Spice it up. Awesome three pass shave!
