Rebul is available on eBay, I initially found in an ethnic grocery store in Essex. I also got a few bottles in Istanbul, I found the Pomellos in Istanbul too.

I'm a big fan of Kolonya as well and thought the Pomellos bottle would look so cool in my den. I just found their website and I really need this now. With the current exchange it would be just 15 bucks - incredible.

I dont know if you have access but Paşabahçe makes artisan colognes also. But i prefere Eyup Sabri Tuncer No:1 for aftershave cologne, or Rebul Lavanta as half hour after shave
Kolonya is the Turkish Version of Eau De Cologne and usually contains 80% alcohol and nothing else that really benefits the skin, but it's traditionally used as an after shave in Turkey - among many other things, especially during the pandemic. Except when it's Tıraş (which means shaving) Kolonya, like the Eyüp Sabri Tuncer above - then it may also contains some skin food. Arko After Shave Cologne would be a more prominent (and cheaper) example - but it still contains 80°vol. Let's say it's not always for the sensitive type (like me).
Eyup Sabri Tuncer is 68%, just as a side note. Also i tried to translate the scent notes for all 4 colognes. checking all of them no2 looks better than what i use (no1) No:1 top - bergamot, marin (?), mint, green tones middle -geranium, lavender, lily base -cedar, patchouli, white musk No:2 top - bergamot, lemon, lavender, mint, cardamom middle - freesia, white flowers base - cedar, sandal, ambergris, musk No:3 top - bergamot, grapefruit, lemon middle - orange flower, jasmin base - amergris, musk, cedar, vetiver No:4 top - bitter orange, cardamom, lemon, grapefruit middle - jasmin, rosemary, rose, lily base - vetiver, musk, oak moss, gülber (?)
