Another very early shave, late afternoon post. More shopping/taxi duties for Dad, included a podiatrist appointment, still logged a near full day of work as I was up too early .

Needed a quick shave this morning, didn't want to use a shave foam nor a safety razor. The restored ER with a flat top synthetic knot easily generated tons of bowl overflowing uber lather. This WCS/ZM collaboration is one of (if not THE) slickest and best face feels of all the various artisan soaps in my den. Grabbed the DX handle, still had a blade in it, went to work. Have no idea of the number of shaves on the blade, but it's binned....a little tuggy, required buffing along the jawline. Managed a nice DFS+ with no issues to report. Quick slather of PAA's after shave balm confirmed the blade caused a slight bit of irritation, but it was quelched after a ~teaspoon of the WCS/ZM's matching fragrance recovery splash.

This is one of my favorite tobacco aromas. Sophisticated and subtle, perfection in a blend of the pink pepper, rum and tobacco. The label artwork completely personifies the dreamy fragrance. This morning's small dose wore thin by 11am, so I reapplied another palmful after the doc visit. Love catching whiffs of this 'boozy' themed fragrance. Wifey super approved .

I got a call early this evening to sub a MS science class, so I decided to shave tonight instead of tomorrow. I just love the Satsuma scent. It just puts me in a happy place.
Did 2 passes without touchups for a BBS minus shave. There weren't any injuries or irritation. The blade was on its last legs and I binned it after the shave.
Felt some feedback from the alum, but it wasn't a screamer. Followed with the witch hazel and the Satsuma aftershave. Enjoy the rest of the evening guys.

I stopped in to Kohl's tonight to get a short sleeved shirt that is light green with dark green crosshatches ( horizontal and vertical lines intersecting forming squares) and a tie that almost matches. I have dark charcoal slacks with a light tweed sport jacket. It is a nice ensemble for cocktail attire for the wedding. Argyle socks with a little bit of the matching color and patent leather loafers to complete it. Killing two birds with one stone, I went to the Sally's Supply shop in the same shopping center and bought the lasf two 5 packs of Personna Hairshaper blades. Yay! Later this month or next month, I have to get injector blades for my Schick razor.
