120ina55, Matt was well known, well liked and well respected member of TSD and other forums. His nose for fragrances was amazing and his SOTD photos left me in awe. I'm going to miss him.

The wedding was real nice. I was cutting the rug a little bit. In fact, one of the father's of the cheerleading squad came up to me and asked who I was because the women wanted to know who this cool dude was. Wow! I was flattered to say the least. It's done. I'm going to call it the second best brisket I've made. The slices held without falling apart, yet were fork tender and moist. Mrs. jluc loved it. This is the flat, I haven't sliced into the point yet and it's the best part.
