I started my morning with a 5:00 AM X3Bar Push workout outside on the patio. It was definitely warm for this that time in the morning. Overall most excellent in smoothness with one minor mishap courtesy of a speed bump, developing pimple, on the left neck area. Go figure, I must be going through puberty or Mingiapause. I really feel weekends are entirely too short. I should have worked some this weekend but being able to relax does seem to have recharged my batteries. Another automatic shave this morning.
