Problem was the funeral home. They never ordered it but they cashed the check. I don't see what is so hard about keeping a spreadsheet.

Very nice Clint. You'll be surprised how fast the taste buds acclimate to consuming less 'sweet' in the form of sugars. An apple or a mandarin orange will turn into a super sweet burst on your tongue.
You BBQ'ing enablers....killing me. Just ordered the Fireboard 2 Drive and Blower for the BGE. One of the reasons I went with the FB 2 system....is that I'm familiar with/have the Fireboard 1 setup, it's what y'all have seen the graphs from. And, I already have several probes (FB 2 compatible). Some of the other kamado blower systems still get neutral reviews cause of software/server issues & weirdness. Never really had any of that with the FB1 system, even when out and about shopping while the BGE is being 'cloud' monitored on my cell phone. The other biggie is that the FB2 controller is waterproof/rainproof. One video review tested that! The bait....they announced today a 2021 Fathers Day special, where the 2 extra probes are 'no charge'. Once setup, I'll have 5 streams of temp probes now (1 on the egg temps, 4 for other items).
I am not too good at this sort of thing Joe. With that caveat in mind, the best way I can think of to describe the scent of Equinoxe is a cross between Acqua di Parma Colonia and Calvin Klein Euphoria Amber Gold - a heavy note that I think is amber, and some strong, maybe spicy note that I think of as incense. FWIW I like the scent very much, and it gets stronger after lathered. It's a pretty good performer too. Good luck if you try it.
