Happy Hump Day Everyone. I noticed the WSP LE Neroli sitting on the shelf feeling neglected so I had to give it a go. I opened the cap and put the brush in a bowl of warm water to soak. The fragrance of the soap filled the room. The Ōku brush is just about perfect with very soft tips and tons of backbone. Face lathering with this brush is pure joy. The scent of WSP Neroli popped while lathering. The scent opens with a full blast of citrus over a base of sweet neroli. As I continued to lather the I picked up the earthy note of musk. This is a very complex and well blended scent that lasted well beyond the shave. Three passes and touch ups ended in a BBS shave. The real start of the shave was the WSP Neroli. A splash of the matching aftershave is keeping the scent going. I might not feel great this morning but damn, I smell fantastic. I hope everyone has a great Wednesday.

Bummer on the 6C Andrew, use that lifetime warranty claim. Great pinch hitter results with the GC, awesome that the 6C issue didn’t spoil the shave. Hope your Wednesday is a good one!

And in fact, I DID use the Stoylin Glacial Lime A.S. Feels goooood. Had the Gillette Foamy Regular again to finish off a trifecta with that shave cream. No negative issues. Much earlier in my membership here, I would read descriptions of people "lighting their face on fire". That's the feeling I have in the summers when I don't use a glacial or cool foam or soap. But the cold aftershave calms it down good. Another Outta This World Excellent shave.
