    Thanks, Dave. I see what you and @Hembree are referring to about the squared off threads. I tried with 2 RazoRock handles and it works fine, so it must be the threads inside the Rockwell handle. At least I can still use it now.

    Such a cool piece of history, Dave! I have a Techmatic, but only with the half used cartridge it came with when I got it as part of a razor lot purchase. Glad it's a decent shaver.

    Thank you, Clint! I figured out this morning that I can use another handle, so it's good for now. I'll just have a frankenrazor setup instead.

    Yeah, I got a NOS one in a box still part f a lot. People usually want a fortune for them replacement heads but can be found reasonable sometimes. Have a great day !

    That's the definition of a coordinated setup. Excellent, Jim! I hope you get the razor hiccup figured out.
    That soap/splash set reminds me I need to figure out what to do with the fruit on my fig tree - it seems to be loaded this year. It's 5 years old now and has matured very well.

    I haven't had too much fruit to work with in the past four years, so I've just been eating them when I pick them. This is the first year that the crop looks to be abundant. The birds get to a lot of them too, so I have to be fast when they're ripe. Maybe I'll try canning or making preserves. I remember my great grandmother would hang aluminum pie plates in her fig trees to help keep away the birds.
