My 1-A brush gave me a nice, slick, creamy lather, but I had to go back to the puck during the shave because it justs hogs the lather. It is ok because I have oodles of soap. Love the marzipan scent of this soap.
This is my smaller C-Mon razor and this sucker is still smooth and wicked sharp . The guy that sold me this razor and the other one really knows how to hone a straight. It really is such a pleasure to use that I have to ask myself as to why I don't use it more often. It so easy to shave with it. Yes, easy to shave that I got a little too much into the autopilot zone that I nicked my left cheek with the point. Lol! It could have been worse, but I had to use the styptic and the alum a number of times to stop the bleeding. Fortunately, there was not any tell-tale signs of the operator error.
However, 2 passes and no pickups gave me a near BBS shave. Hit the entire face with alum and there was not any feedback even with the nick on my cheek. Forgot to use the witch hazel and just doused myself with the Old Spice. Sorry for the long post. Have a great evening!
